Just wanted to thank you and the team for working the dashboard problem through and getting me a result at maybe £650 less than the obvious new part solution

I realise that doing it this way added to the general hassle for you, and there are many who would have declined to get involved in an alternative approach
I hope that the Grat Yarmouth Cluster mob prove to be a worthwhile find for you and your other customers

The car is going well, gearbox now feels positive, dash seems bang on and the clock works which is a small but handy bonus.

Hi guys/Andy/Pauline,

Just wanted to say a big thanks for looking at my boss' Megane last Thursday (04plate estate, had code read and part fitted), and hanging on for us to pick it up. I recommended her to you after dealing with you when I worked for Dave Woolf at Leigh Auto's/Tyre Mountain. I appreciate the effort you put in with it, coming from the trade, I remember how hectic the last day prior to a Bank Holiday weekend is - every customer is 'going on holiday tomorrow'. I thought you'd only get chance to do a code read however you got the whole job done - nice one!

In addition, just to say how impressive the set up you have there is - you are what most garages dream of - clean, tidy, professional, moving with the times - your reception area has a real 'main agent' feel to it, and looking into the workshop area, you could eat your dinner off the floor! Most importantly, you manage to put people at ease, are friendly, and you come across as trustworthy - something that the motor industry struggles with given all the bad guys we have in it.
